Thanks for your great summary of the report, finally acknowledgement I would say.
Here in Norway there is much work done on these issues. For example the Archive Department of the Norwegian Broadcasting Cooperation (NRK), who actually realised the problems of recommendation 1, sees the business model in recommendation nr 2 and works actively with opening up for Semantic Web scenario&#039;s as in recommendation nr 3 (see also &lt;a href=&quot;&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; W3C Use Case on NRK &lt;/a&gt;). Currently we try to position for recommendation nr 4.

With current progress, I am looking forward to see  where we are in Q2-2008!
