		<description>That&#039;s strange... it seems to work for me... to view the white paper, you do have to register with ZDNet in order to download the white paper—which is free of charge—but the link takes you to a page where that should be possible.

The initial version of this had a broken link, you may have to refresh your browsers?</description>
