Protégé is pretty good, but SWOOP is better for OWL ontologies. It uses Pellet to automatically tell you the expressiveness of your ontology and where it stands, i.e., OWL Full, OWL DL, or OWL Lite. Nice and useful if you're importing other ontologies that have used RDFS!
